Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli in Sambal Buah Keluak Truffle Sauce (Recipe from Helen Eber, @eber.helen)

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 Pax)

20g Salted Butter
1/2 jar of 2MAAW Sambal Buah Keluak
A splash of Truffle Hot Sauce
Large handful of Porcini Mushrooms
Large handful of chopped Spinach
Pack of Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli (Helen got hers from Little Farms)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt Salted Butter
2. Sauté Mushrooms & Spinach
3. Add Sambal Buah Keluak and fry until fragrant
4. Add a splash of Truffle hot sauce
5. Cook the Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli according to pack instructions and drain, leaving a little water still in the pan
6. Add the Mushroom Ricotta Ravioli to the Mushroom, Spinach, Sambal Buah Keluak mix and stir adding a little of the pasta water to loosen if needed
