GREEN CHILLI SAMBAL WITH IKAN BILIS ON TOAST
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-6 Pax)
200 grams ikan billis
1 Jar of 2MAAW Green Chilli Sambal
1/2 to 1 Tsp Sugar (depends on how sweet you want it)
In a wok, fry ikan bilis lightly.
Add green chilli sambal & mix.
Spread on toast.
Additional: As A Dish With Rice:
Fry some cubes of Tau Kwa (Firm Tofu)
Fry 4 to 5 small shallots thinly sliced.
Add the Ikan Bilis with Green Chilli Sambal that was made previously.
Add 1/4 cup water and fry for 5 min.
Salt to taste
