
Fried Wantons with Sambal Buah Keluak Foie Gras (Recipe from Natasha Marlia, @dinnerat.5)
INGREDIENTS (Serves 4 Pax)
250g minced Chicken or Shrimp
2 grated Garlic
1 inch grated Ginger
2 tbs of 2MAAW Buah Keluak with Foie Gras Sambal
1/2 tsp of Dark Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp of Light Soy Sauce
Pepper to taste
Handful of Spring Onions (optional)
15 pieces of Wanton Skin
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix in the minced Chicken or Shrimp, Garlic, Ginger, Dark, and Light Soy Sauce and Pepper
2. Add 2MAAW Sambal Buah Keluak with Foie Gras. Ensure that sambal is mixed in well
3. Break up the paste with your fingers, if necessary. Best to use a food processor if you have one
4. Add 1 tsp of the mixture into wanton skin
5. Fold wanton into the desired shape
6. Fry until desired crispiness and golden brown (recommended 2 mins)
Serve it with noodles or on its own! Option to cook in the soup for Wanton Soup.
